We really haven’t done much, but I feel the need to post. Billy amuses us every day. The other day he told me that God would not be happy if you forgot to flush the toilet. I am not sure about this, but I am sure the person that comes in behind would not be too happy. It was so random. Baden, it turns out, loves to dip his food. It all started when my parents were here and my dad gave him a chip with salsa on it. He loved it. Now he is all about the sauce. He will eventually eat the chip or tater tot, but only after he licks the sauce off. Baden also gets very upset if something is taken away from him. Yesterday he threw himself face first onto the floor. He had never done that before and I hope he figured out he shouldn’t do it again. Noting happened, but he looked kind of surprised at his own reaction. I did get my Kindle today! It finally came. I was so excited. I have been reading most of the afternoon and it’s a perfect day to do it — it’s raining. I love it. Jessica texted to tell us that there is a Five Guys (a great burger joint) in Bountiful. They have the best fries and burgers around. Now Utah can experience what we have been loving for the last few years. Again another random tidbit. Random things for a random post.
PS: I will post on the Kindle later. My own review coming soon.
I love that as parents we get to marvel in all the things that make our kids so unique and fun…it truly is a blessing.
Please tell me the Kindle is all hype because I bought a touch phone instead of one…
I can just see the look on Baden’s face when he threw himself on the floor face first, goodness we will have to teach control with this one :). The dipping is to be blamed on Grandpa :). He gets a kick out those boys. Me too of course!
Bring it Thursday!!!! (the kindle)
And I just don’t “get” you guys who like 5 guys . . . . been there, done that, don’t have to do it again. 🙂
Kids are so funny. Dax is a dipper too. Sometimes to a gross degree.
I can’t wait to hear about the kindle!
Five Guys- it’s all about the fries! Love ’em! After my kids got older and figured out that throwing there bodies around in tantrum mode actually caused them pain their legs became “broken” and they couldn’t/wouldn’t get up and do what we needed them to do. Kids are so silly! It is fun now to play the “I can’t. My legs are broken” on them when they want tme to do something that I really don’t want to do!
